Swapping discs?

I have a Qoob Pro in my GC and I am wondering how I can change game discs when I reach the point (in Resident Evil Zero) where I shall insert disc 2. Normally I have to put the second disc in my cube and it automatically starts spinning but after having my cube being modded it doesn't do anything. What should I do to get this game to work?

Update your bios to 1.3 (Whichever version you find works best for you)

turn disc swap support off on qoob bios.
