It was just announced that a new Zelda game for the DS will be released THIS YEAR called: The Legend of Zelda:Phantom Hourglass. It will be cel-shaded like Zelda: The Wind Waker for the GC. Here video of the game in action:

that game looks amazing! i can't wait to get it... so much zelda this year... will be too fun :)
