It's close to 100% complete. 13/15 courts are unlocked. All the gears are unlocked. The character I have has full stats and glowing handles stats (full/max stats).
Perfect record, no loss. I think. I may have lost once for no reason when the UMD froze and went back to the menu screen when I was in the middle of a match and it said I lost. But it's really zero losses :D
