Problems.....*sigh*

Ok, can't seem to get much help else where, so i'll try here :)

I will first list what i have done, then my problem.

-Renamed the original font files to .xft

-placed the E&B files in the fonts folder (tried both reloaded and bigfonts)

-Copied everything from Signed loader 1.3 into C:
(boot.cfg, evox.ini, xboxrom.bin, default.xbe, evoxdash.xbe, and phoenix.raw)

-then i copied and edited my xboxdash.xbe and placed it in the e: and pointed the evox.ini there accordingly.

Ok, now from what i have read, this should be good to go...well it isn't :(

I boot up the XBox, get the funky animation (xbox animayion), then see the XBox logo, then after a few seconds the word microsoft shows up under logo. Then it appears to start to load the orginial Xbox dash, and freezes.

So that is where i am. I have tried all versions of E&B, diff Evox dashes, tried replacing the bios that comes with pbl with others (evox d6). All give same thing. So i am thinking that the loader isn't even loading, Could this be a RC4 problem? (even though i have a RC4 value in my boot.cfg?)

Someone, anyone, please help!!!!

I am assuming that yo already had a fonts folder, is this correct? (I have seen a lot of people MAKE a fonts folder).

When you copied the xboxdash.xbe file did you accidentally replace the ORIGINAL file?

Where did you get the Signed Phoenix Loader 1.3 from? Xbins? If not, get there release and have another go.

Finally what method of install did you use AND are you still able to boot original games?

I already had a fonts folder. Since i have played on Xbox Live. I am also using the pbl from xbins, the most recent one (just got it 2 days ago).

I did not replace my original xboxdash.xbe file on c:, it hasn't been touched. (i made copy of it on my system, edited one, and copy back how i should)

I used the hdd hotswap method, and yes i can still boot games. Playing LoTR right now :D

Any suggestions would be great and much appreciated!!!
