Not listed in the 'improvements', but it looks like Microsoft also tightened the security as they blocked the Kiosk Disc (a DVD with demo games sent to shops to run in their Kiosk/Demo Xbox 360 and that was found to be signed to also boot from recordable media) from booting so we can no longer experiment with the unsigned data (like music, videos, bf, swf, ... files) on that disc. Several people have confirmed today on x-s forums that you'll get an "unrecognized disc" error when inserting the disc in an updated Xbox 360.

not sure if its quite microsofts style to act as sony did with the PSP firmwares, although it is seemingly easier this time round as 99% of 360 owners will be on Live.
didn't some one mention something about a type of download manager in this update?? because i tried afew downloads today and there is no difference.
(although i have noticed that when your downloading larger demo's/videos the download will continue when you 'cancel' it)

yup although you only get the option to 'cancel' a download, when you 'download again' the progress bar shoots right up from 0% (if youve left Live connected obviously) as if it has still been downloading.
