right i have copied pheonix bios loader to my xbox c drive andwhenistart upmy xbox without a disc inserted i can see the evox dashboard but its all messes up (u know when u play a 60hz gameon a 50hz tv and its all squigily well thats how my evox looks) Any1 got any ideas on what i could have done wrong

You need a focus compatible BIOS. Executer 4981 or EvoX M7 should work.

that depends what method you used. you should have a bios folder in your C drive if that's where phoenix is installed. Put it in there. If you're using Phoenix 1.3.5i, you can just hit A at boot and select the new bios, or if you're using 1.3, just rename the bios to xboxrom.bin .

Edit: almost forgot, make sure the bios is BFM (bootable from media) if it isn't, you can use XBTool to make it BFM.
