GTA:LCS Cheat Device German Save Exploit?

As the topic says is there a way to get the great cheat device running with a german version of GTA:LCS?
Is there any work in progress? Or has anyone the possiblity to contact the developer?
Dunno, but i think he just has to change the paths in his prog to find the right files on the ms!

i seen the syt and i watch a litle clip of it and it had a bike driving on a wall i want a cheat that let you do that do you know a way, coz i'm confused?????

This thread was created long ago and i wonder if anybody or edison carter himself has made a german version, or maybe a version which we could get to work with a german GTA?
Perhaps edison gives us the source code, so we are able to code a german cheat device?
Im also able to give him alle the needed information for it!
