Playfuls report "As many of you gamers out there, "going gold" in the case of a game means that its final version has been sent out to be mass multiplied. Well, extending a little bit this definition it's safe to say that Nintendo's future gaming console 'went gold."

Thus, according to gamemag.ru, who is citing Inside Gamer, is seems that Nintendo Revolution’s configuration is complete and the device is ready for mass production.

And since the release date for the Revolution is in May, that gives the Japanese manufacturers 5 months in order to manufacture enough consoles. Well, it’s hard to define "enough" in this case, as the success of Nintendo’s console is relatively uncertain, at this moment.

no way man zelda is a GameCube game i hope they don't put that on revolution

actually what i could see the big N doing is releasing the same game for GC and Rev, all u do is with the GC version play with normal control, while on the rev u play with the freestyle control (and slightly updated graphics etc....)

maybe...but i really think Zelda should be on GC for sure... that alone should boost sales of the GameCube and put it closer to Xbox, making it less of a disappointment for Nintendo

This is how rumours start.
Here is the translation from InsideGamer:

To rumours Nintendo the Nintendo Revolution will have finished. Thus a prominent Japanese magazine writes (Dengeki). Nintendo this has however not yet confirmed officially. The Revolution would be mainly ready, there small matter still some must be adapted. The game computer must launch in second half of 2006 worldwide.

Where does it say anything about May?

hehe ya...

A revolution rumour that may not be true? Gee this must be the first :D

I think revolution probably wins the award for home console to have the most rumours that end up getting thwarted hehehehe

Zelda will be a gamecube game.

My guess is that if you play it in the Revolution, it will have extra features, including some use of the controller.

it will be on GC cause the REv is supposed to play GC games, but I can't see it having new features if played on the Rev.

As stated by Shigero Miyamoto, the Twilight Princess will be released for the gamecube. End of story. Revolution is confirmed from the horses mouth (Nintendo) to have backwards compatability with the gamecube. But the idea of extra features when played on the Rev is an intruiging one.
