Yesterday, I was updating to 1.4U firmware on DSi, but my internet connection went out in the middle of the update. In my settings menu, I'm still on 1.3U, but I have access to the DSi Shop which is weird because don't you need 1.4 to use the shop? I hope this might lead to some possible downgrading or cIOS's like the Wii, so please reply. I'm uploading a video of this to YouTube right now so check back soon.
