Hey guys,
I'm sorry that I took so long to reply. I know its irritating to ask a question and not get a reply. I felt the same way when i started this thread.
But heres the way I did it.

Open up your save in HxD Hex Editor and look on the left under offset and scroll down to 12FB0. If you just created a player and have 1000 SP to start of with it will look like this

00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 03 E8 00 00 03 E8

3E8 in hexadecimal is 1000. So this like basically says you have 1000 SP / 1000 SP gained so far.

go to here: http://www.mathsisfun.com/binary-dec...converter.html and say you want 5000 SP, change the 03 E8 to 13 88 and save it.
Resign and Rehash using modio or anything else (very important to do so) and load it back into you 360.

Let me know if you have any other questions man.

Ok, i finally figured it out:D:D:D:D. If anyone needs any help i'll be glad to help them or edit their file for them. you can send me a pm or catch me on aim. infamousdortch13. The program i used was Hex Workshop Hex Editor. Once you load your file into HWHE you'll see a greyed out area to the right which will now be referred to as offset. Scroll down until you find 00012417 and 00012CC3. You will want to look for your hex number there to change. Visit this site here
permadi.com/tutorial/numConvJs/index.html to figure out what you need to change and to also figure out what you want your skill point total to be. Any questions...just hit me up. If you guys need images, just lemme know.

Anything for the actuall NBA 2k10 game at all. 2k10 has their servers down so u can't even get your player to NBA 2k10...

ok i figured it out for nba 2k10 been working on this all day but u can set it up like this o and by the way the offset u need to look for is 12cc0
and make the line look something like this
B4 40 B0 A2 B4 50 00 00 FF FF 00 FF FF FF 99 99 99 99
i used the ff because they have more value then 99 so put those in and u will get like 16million points over enuff to get 99 o and the save file u need to use is the .cmg hit me up if u need help still but this should get u right
