Help with Xbox Live Profile.

So, I edited my gamerscore with PE2, loaded it onto my xbox VIA Memory card, Deleted My profile off of the Harddrive, signed into the one on my memory card, and got something like "Your xbox live membership is not valid".

So i deleted that profile, and went through the process of Recovering my gamertag, I entered all of my information, then Clicked accept on the License agreement. But then, "Xbox Live signup is currently Unavailable".

So i have no profile, what can i do?

you should always makea back up of your profile before you edited it...second if the edited profile dosent work put the original back and see what happens...also if you dont copy the profile in its parent folder and only the profile folder some xboxes reject it...happens on mine...and i get the same error message..in order to fix it copy your profile from and to your HD with both parent folders...if you just take the profile and mod it and insert it back in to the pre modded parent folder it can give you a corrupt profile message or a non valid message this happened to me and i fixed it because i had a backup and i copy back to my 360 then run xbox..then turn off and copy profile with its two main folders back to pc...edit and recopy entire main folder back to 360..hopefully this will help you.....MAKE BACKUP....ALWAYS WITH WHAT EVER YOU MOD.......

Well, I have had exactly this trouble 3 times... for me the ONLY reason that shows the msg "Xbox Live signup is currently Unavailable" is because the slots maybe full at that time, I tried a few minutes later and the recovery matter works again and my profiles back to normal, I hope u will have the same results.
