Can't get on Live

I softmodded my Xbox on Thursday and decided finally to get Live, but it says it cannot connect, but everything is hooked up fine. I can FTP and everything, and help?

two things could be wrong

1-did you turn off the softmod
2-make sure the connection settings isnt on manuel put it on automatic

You cannot connect to live when you have your xbox softmodded. The best thing you can do now is to unmod your box and get a modchip with an on/off switch

well it could be that ur banned from live so there is nothing to do about it at this point so mod ur xbox and get better stuff that a softmodded

Hey did u make sure u changed your static ip 2 dhcp just wondering and then u cold booted right j/w :)
