achievements not showing up??

hi i have unlocked my achievements using xplorer360 and a xbox 360 profile tool, if i look on my dashboard it says i have 15,210 points but if you add my games up it comes to over 23,000!!!

i put in one of the games to sync it all up but do i have to put each game in and play for a while before it will show up on my dash board???

ig it shows all of them unlocked but they dont add up then whatever you used sucks or you messed up in hex
