can i insert game save's if i dont have the disc???

hi i have just got my transfer cable, i managed to do my achievements on a dummy account (still learning) but can i insert game saves if i dint have the disc or a save of it already to get achievements??

if so which titles will this work on i heard that you can do some without the spg

yea but its useless most gamesave or all ive done you need the game to have the cheeves pop

there is a way to trick it into thinking another game is the game you want and hex editing it
