ms tranfer cable help please!!!!!!

hi my transfer cable has just been delivered so i have plugged it into my laptop on every usb port but it just wont open my hard drive it keeps coming up with "could not find a fatx drive to open"

is this because im on vista??? when i first plugged it in it installed ok tried every port but nothing

Try right clicking xplorer360 and 'run as admin'.
