Can you extract arcade games from compilation discs?

does anyone know how to do this? Is it possible? I want to extract games like luxor 2, geometry wars evolved etc from the comp. disc and put them on my MU. If so, I would appreciate the help, apps, etc.

I dont think thats possible.

i'm thinking if there's a way to make bootable bootleg games already, then it would be possible.
