Transfer all data from my 20Gig to 60Gig

I can open up the hard drives so that I can plug them into my computer but I am not sure what to use and how to use something to make everything off my 20 gig harddrive go onto my 60 gig. I had the 60 gig hard drive with a new xbox so dont have a transfer cable but I know you can do it by plugging the hdd into the PC

Good luck though sounds a pain to do anything like this. I ended up making sure when I got my 120gb drive that it had a transfer cable with it.
