MS: Half a million members to our gaming services per month

Microsoft's Shane Kim has revealed that there are still half a million folks joining Microsoft's online gaming services despite the recession. This most likely includes Windows Live etc as well Xbox Live.

They are talking about new users and not just for xbox live, 1 month cards you don't have to create new account.

I wonder if this is taking into account that each new 360 has between 3-5 free live trials which would count as new members....
