Cios rev 13 bug (title hangs on any loader)

Anyone noticed the bug with this version of cios? Basically, If the user boots a title with any type of usb loader and then returns back to the Wii system menu manually, any other title booted thereafter will hang on a black screen requiring a full reset. In order to avoid this, the user has to power of the system off and on, if changing titles. This occurs with 13 and 13b and not with any other Cios. I have not seen a fix for this or a fix being worked on.

I have the exact same issue since i installed that cios,
it is indeed very annoying when testing new isos or if u get bored alot and have to switch games all the time :D

you can either try installing an older cios or delete it with any title deleter.

I use 13a, and I dotn use any instrumment that requires USB, so i am thinking to get back to 12 or 10..
