Hello, im looking for a good place to buy http://www.consolesource.com/ecomm/c...ip-p-2873.html and was wondering if anyone know the best place to buy one in terms of cheapest/legit place to buy from.

I need to order me one because I want to buy a Wii soon and I dont want to torment myself by buying one and waiting on one of these to come later. It seems to be a good alternative to other methods because I am not able to solder anything and I dont know how to do the software stuff.

alright, ill give them a try, both that site and the one I first posted seem to be in Canada but no big deal as long as they ship here, same prices, even the sites look similar, lol

until then if anyone knows of any place thats good and cheaper let me know ;)

modchipcentral ship quick and they are also resellers for the drivekey, ive had stuff from them and i get it in the uk with in 4days.

the new batch of drivekey (http://www.360upgrades.co.uk/drivekey-compatible-with-drives-p-99.html) with the x4 diode are fine , they are working with no issues.

We Have Received a new batch of Drivekey (http://www.360upgrades.co.uk/drivekey-compatible-with-drives-p-99.html) they have now taken the X4 resistor off, and replaced it with a resistor of low value , this seems to have resolved all issues with the Drivekey.

you think its a needed upgrade to the chip?

EDIT: Does anyone know if you can go online with these things? Would you get banned like XBOX?

the chips with the x4 diode works on most wiis so you shouldnt have any problems.
you will not have a problem playing on line its not the same as the xbox360
