On 3.2 U need to be able to access the wii shop channel. also GH smash hits

Ok I am on 3.2U twilight hacked starfall enabled to block updates.

everything works fine exept i cannot connect to the shop channel it says i need to update.

Is there a way to bypass this I would like to buy rockband dlc

I was told to install a certain wad or ios but they did not work... did nintendo recently update the shop channel?

also I recently downloaded the new GH smash hits iso but it wont play on my wii I get error 002 please reboot...

any way around this?
