The ESRB has requested that the Left 4 Dead 2 box art must be changed. Apparently, a few missing fingers are OK, but actually showing torn flesh isn't too acceptable!

I wouldn't be suprised if they are asked to change the art again for the UK release, as the picture basically gives everyone the two finger swear, which here in England is quite offensive. So they might want to change the cover unless they want parents demanding the art to be changed.
