wii ware question

Is there anyway to install a backup version of wii ware on a modded with(wii key) i was just wondering this because i have 2 wiis and one is modded and the others not and i would like to get my wii ware and VC games on it.

you have to create a wad (backup) and install it with wad manager. The wii has to be homebrew enabled but bannerbomb should work. I believe however that with 4.0 extra measures have to be taken for installing wads (try google).

ok ive been searching around and it seems like the HBC needs to be installed for this to work or am i missing something? I have 4.0u installed. now i downgraded and cant play punchout!

I got punch out working by having IOS 38 53 and 55 installed. have wiikey(v1) 1.9s installed and enabling all the options.

Also any homebrew can be run via bannerbomb but HBC is the easiest way for either multiple homebrew or upgrade safety.
