Hi,
Im trying to get 'a-ssxont-152mb_ripkit' i downloaded from one of the sites to work. I don't understand the instructions at all  . Its says:

- Put these files in the same directory as "a-ssxont.iso"
- Double click the .bat file
- If wanted, check the new .iso file with the included .sfv file
- Enjoy your new .iso

What the hell does that mean, can someone please help.

- Put these files in the same directory as "a-ssxont.iso"
rename the iso if it isn't a-ssxont.iso (it should work with different releases)

- Double click the .bat file
self-explanatory, double click the .bat file

- If wanted, check the new .iso file with the included .sfv file
optional

- Enjoy your new .iso

When i double click the batch file a new ISO is generated but the file is 0kb? There is a file called 'xdelta' what is that for?

xdelta is a patching program that applys the .patch file in the ripkit.
btw, are you using the 237mb release?

O.k.
If you still want to get the ISO size down I just did it. The ripkit was not working for me so I just went off the notes for the ripkit. My other rip I made is about 681 MB, the update file is gone and the pad files are zero.
I took this and removed the char files mentioned in the notes of this ripkit and rebuilt the ISO. I did not dummy the char files just removed them. :)
The new ISO is 221 MB and has loaded my old saved game and is playing fine. Music is all there still like it or not.... I do :p
I wish I knew how to build ripkits or I would put this out there....

I got a software called UMD Ripper 2.50, and i ripped all the extrax's out and used UMD Gen v1.01 to generate the ISO and the final ISO files size was around 155mb. Worked pefectly with Fast Loader 0.7. Then i created my own custom tracks using the 'Exact Audio Copy PSP Edition' the ISO file size came to about 200mb and ran smooth with Fast Loader, not bad at all.:D  :p
