You know, Sony limits our memory in Internet Browser. So we cannot play big flash games and open big web sites.
This mod removes this limitation. And you can use all of the memory that your PSP has.
If your PSP is Fat, the HighMemMod uses all of 32 MB RAM.
If your PSP is Slim, the HighMemMod uses all of 64 MB RAM!!!

That's very interesting, isn't it?

Now the browser loads your pages in very short seconds!
You can now play your online flash games fast...

The program is beta so it may be buggy. If you see any problems, please reply this topic.... :)

-Copy HtmlMax_Eng to PSP/GAME folder and enjoy...

**Thanks***
-Dark-Alex for his ramtestsample...(Large Memory)
-PSPSDK creators...(SDK, DEV and samples)
-JK108 and Lelouch15 for their support and test(They are my testers) :D

PS. Ardatan asked me to post this because his post count wasn't high enough to post it himself.

This mod increases the memory which PSPTube uses... So PSPTube runs faster...

Copy all files in it to PSP/GAME and run PSPTube - HighMem...

No, it is enough not to see "out of memory" messages anymore...

You should copy both of them in PSP/GAME folder....

I wanted to PM this but it seems currently PM's are broken, so I'm going to quote what I would of sent here.

Hi, I would like to say nicely done, works a treat. 1 small suggestion.

Can you recode it so the PSPtube application is inside the High mem mod folder? That way it would work no matter where on the PSP it is and you would not have PSP tube + High mem psp tube to select from. No point having regular 1 selectable.

Second reason for this is it makes it compatible with that cat plugin that lots of people use (including me). Or you could have a cfg file where you can enter the path of PSPtube, either way works.

As for the browser one, also works flawlessly. My suggestion for that would be to see if you can remake it as a VSH plugin that overrides the default browser.

Keep up the good work, you and everyone else who has worked on these. They may be simple, but they are very effective ;)

Wasn't there a way you could redirect the net browser to a gameboot so you could just tell it to load this homebrew?

I'm sure there was but I can't find anything about it.

This browser is great! I made up an Icon for myself, kinda based on the one bboyjcm posted at qj.net... thought I'd share it...(see attachment below)

Yes I agree, I use the categories plugin as well...I've came up with this little fix to hide the other PSPTube icon; it won't work with the cat plugin tho, but if your any good with a hex-editor you can find and hex-edit the (two) text strings in ardatana's high-mem eboot from this:
"ms0:/PSP/GAME/PSPTube/EBOOT.PBP"
to this:
"ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPT/UPT/EBOOT.PBP"
Then rename the PSPTube folder to UPT and move it into ardatana's highmemmod folder renaming that to UPT as well, it only works from the game folder but does the job...;)
