you can check if your drivekey is one of the first batch by entering your serial number HERE (http://www.drivekey.com/rma/)
If it is 1 from the 1st batch you can arrange a RMA your drive key
YOUR SERIAL NUMBER MUST BE ENTERED EXACTLY AS IT IS ON YOUR DRIVE KEY ( CASE SENSITIVE )
