Best way to update my Wii to 3.2?

I have an NTSC USA Wii, and I would like to update to 3.2, what is the best way to do this? Can I do it from a CD/DVD? WHich version do I need? 3.2U?

actually I just did this process last night,

after you have the homebrew channel installed follow the instructions on that site

be very careful though

with almost all homebrew you can brick your wii if you don't follow instructions

cant we update the wii to 3.2 using downloaded system software and then burn it to a dvd/cd like you can with a xbox360?

I actually just used Wii Update Manager aka WUM located at wum.televas.com, I used to integrated the 3.2 update into a mario kart iso I had. The WUM actually downloads the update for you after you choose your region and what not. Be careful though and make sure you select the proper region.
Worked like a charm for me.
