I deleted my Weather, News, Picture channel ( trash anyway ) ...I left the Mii ( obvious) , and Wii shop only. I forgot to take note on the number of free blocks. But works for sure.. ;)

To delete channels (without a trace) you can use AnyTitleDeleter, but precaution is advised. It will let you delete almost everything on the nand, which could lead to a disfunctional system.

If I am not mistaken, the nintendo channels will re-appear after a system sotware update. So you might have to re-undo the channels if you decide to upgrade.

There's no way to increase the nand space hardware wise. Rumor has it that ninty is trying to solve this issue, but no news on that so far.

Also, deleting the Wii's channels wont free a lot of memory Blocks. If you are installing so many Wiiware channels, be careful, jsut put the thigns you need the msot, and keep the rest your SD card. You isntall when you need them, cool to ahve a lot of channels but seriously, is not like we can use adn play all of them at same time.

If the wiiware are big, yes.. I got Hombrew channel, I use emulator for some Snes (from DS card )...and I got a few N64 roms on Channles like Starfox, mariokart64, LoZelda master Quest, Paper Mario, Yoshi history.. and Lostwinds..maybe is the only Wiiware I got. Installing "wiiware" is against my politic on Wii. They use soooo much space, and only a few ones like lost Winds and World of Goo, are worthy the space.
