How would I install the new gamecube loader for softmod?

I used the latest softmodding for dummies tutorial on this site so first off:

1) Where can I find this loader for softmodded wiis? I can only seem to find ones that say for WiiKey and I don't have a modchip installed.

2) Where can I find a good tutorial for installing it onto what I already have and directions on using it?

3) How is the compatibility for softmodded wiis? I found this list, but I'm not sure if it includes the new softmodding gamecube loader.

that list is for wiigator's GC Backup Launcher 0.1 Theta and Xi

use those instructions but install the newer
