My wii is 3.3 -sigh- need some help and checklist.

So... I just got a wii...and wouldn't you know it the darn thing has 3.3 firmware...

I really want to import tatsunoko vs capcom (since it is not coming here.) and play the mess out of it. Now I know that 3.3 does not allow freeloader but I just came across the info of the downgrader for wii.

So, the whole point of this is to find out what I need to downgrade and also what do I need to play my import games?

I read about anyregion changer and it states that I can change the region that the games are booted in? Does this mean that I would not need a freeloader if I get this program?

So here is what I am looking for
-downgrader
-region changer (if it eliminates me purchasing a freeloader)
-what ever else I need to make sure I don't brick my wii.

look at the post "wii softmodding for dummies" ive just used it on a 3.3e (pal) on the backup loader there is a config screen for forcing pal/nstc im not sure how it works this is a grey area for me, goodluck!
