Need an opinion

Hi, I'm planning on soft-modding my PAL wii version 3.1 and I just need someone to confirm that I'm doing this right. Here is what I plan to do:

1. Install latest homebrew channel using Twilight hack.
2. Use any_region_changer to update to system menu 3.2 (since I want to install starfall).
3. Install starfall
4. Install wad manager, cIOS and backup loader

Does this look ok? Would there be a better way of doing this?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that starfall works with Wiis < 3.2
So 3.1 should work... but I would suggest using a game disc with 3.2 to update and not the downgrader...

and so you aren't confused, the wad manager isnt "installed", it is ran off of an SD card, unless you find a WAD channel of the WAD manager, but in order to install the wad manager channel, you would have to use the WAD manager app on the SD card first.

Thanks for the reply DrLucky. The readme for the latest version of starfall says that it only works on 3.2 and the problem is that there is no pal wii game which carries the 3.2 update!! At least none that I know of.

Thanks for clearing up the wad manager thing. So as long as keep the SD card in there will be no problems

I would use the anyregionchanger to update to 3.2 then...more reliable, just be sure to pick your own region!
