Memor 32 help

hey all i just got the memor 32 card today and so fare i cant get it to work
i installed the firmware ver. 1.1 and also tryed frimware 1.2e and nither one loads on my ps2.my free mc boot 1.7 loads fine but cant get it to load a backup game for me So if any one can help me with this i really want to make this work

i ordered one of those and have not gotten it yet but i have been reading on how to use it and on the momento site it says you have to patch the games
