This will get the Homebrew Channel on your 3.4 machine:
http://www.wiihacks.com/faq-guides-tutorials/7199-3-1-3-4-twilight-downgrade-starfall-gammatutorial.html

You'll then need to downgrade the firmware from 3.4 to 3.2 to regain .wad installation abilities.

I followed the steps above and converted my 3.3 to a 3.2 w. homebrew channel, backup launcher, and .wad manager.
