Duplicate Channels

I mistakenly updated my wii with a wrong region disk and now I have duplicate channels on my wii. My current wii firmware is 3.4U. Are there any ways to remove them, and if so how? Any help would be appreciated. :o

M8, get on google and search for " wii duplicate channel remover" , u can find many places to download it and then burn to disc and play on wii and it should remove the duplicate channels.

Not sure if it will work with 3.4, but give it a try, cant hurt
