its not worth no 1200 points.

I'd have to disagree. I loved the game on the Nintendo 64 and I think 1200 points for a game that I played as a kid and loved is well worth it. Although, when I consider the fact that Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas has recently came onto the Marketplace for 1200 points it makes me think about it even harder. I've completed Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas for the PlayStation 2 but I enjoyed playing it.
However, I've completed both games and I have the Rom stored on my PC for Banjo Kazooie and it works perfectly well so I doubt, unless my PC breaks, that I'll buy either game.

Because Nintendo own some of the rights to Goldeneye. I would love to see Goldeneye on the XBOX Live Arcade but because Nintendo published the game, they have stopped Microsoft releasing it onto the XBOX360.
