I have the first volume of bleach on my computer but its split up into but each chapter is a separtate file. is there any way to combine them so i can veiw the whole volume as one file

Just extract all the images for each volume into a single folder, then convert that folder in PicToDS.

This won't work if each image is named the same for each chapter. For example, if the "chapter 1.zip" file contains "image01.jpg" "image02.jpg" etc rather than "ch1_01.jpg" "ch1_02.jpg" then it won't work, as you'll be overwriting each chapter with the next.
