Ripping Software

When I try to back up one of my own games I get the following errors:

Phoenix 2.1 hangs at 100%

Gamecubeserver 1.0.0.28 Stays stuck at the red screen saying Streaming...

I've searched high and low for gamecubeserver version 1.0.0.30 and cant seem to find it anywhere. I find mention of it but nothing else. Anyone mind pointing me in the right direction :D

BTW: I've searched countless forums/irc/newsgroups/p2p for this tool.

Any other software I can use to rip my games? I dont need someone to hold my hand. Just point me to it.
