"We don't want to limit developers from a creative standpoint," he told us. "So if they want to create bigger, more immersive-style games for digital distribution, [we] absolutely want to support that."
"At the same time, you want to also not forget about efficiency," he warns. "There are ways you can make your games smaller and more efficient and not impact the experience."

I dont think this has anything to do with peoples memory, I think there was a limit on the overall size an XBLA could be yet this comfortably surpasses that so really there isnt a limit. Did that **** make sense? no thought not.

Other companies are getting dicked over by microsoft everyday. Vista Freezes causing people to not buy games. Obvious!

this has nothing to do with companies getting "dicked" by Microsoft; this was just a random message zeus put up saying a game went over the 350 MB limit and Microsoft saying they will support companies that decide to do this but suggest they go for quality not quantity (take portal for example).
also what's this about vista freezing, have you ever used vista? to me vista is more reliable than XP, I've had like 2 freezes from vista in the 6 months I've used it and that was because I was messing around with its internals, sure it lags on pc like 4-5 years old but if you have a pc that old stay on xp and shut the f*ck up.

I think this game fits into a gray area as far as the download limit is concerned. It is a game that can arguably be considered an expansion in the same as the Shivering Isles for Oblivion. The only difference is that it does not require the disk to play or for you to have owned the original ever. If this very rare scenario happened with any other game, I'm positive they would allow it also.

I never really understood the XBLA size limit anyway ... DEMOS go over the 1gig mark so why can't XBLA games hit higher sizes?
