How to backup?

Pretty new to all this but can someone guide me in the right direction of what I need to make a back up?

I have a SD card, how can I make a ISO or Dump?

I use rawdump you need to buy a LG drive from http://megaloot4u.com then you just insert your Wii disc into the drive than start rawdump and hit copy, it takes 2 hours to copy a game on my pc also by using an LG drive then you put less strain on your Wii's laser and extend its life
