There are drives on ebay but they look a bit pricey.
Plus you would need it modded again.

Before doing that you may want to check the fuses. If it's just the fuse then replace that. Then you don't have to bother reinstalling the wiikey if it happens to be that.
Use a multi-meter to check for connectivity. You can refer to the sticky on dead motor or dead drives for instructions and location of fuses. I'm too lazy to link to it... hehe

You need to send the console to someone to take a look. Even if we tell you what a fuse is (even though google would do this for you) you would still need to solder it to the drive.
I think you have two options:
1. Send the console off for someone to take a look
2. Buy another wii.

since this is a thread for help i'm just gonna jump on board since i cant open any threads yet. as i'm pretty new to the wii modification stuff, please forgive me for my inadequacies in this area.
i modded my wii (ntsc) in a shop sometime in may/june 2008, my main intention was to be able to play wii (pal) games as that's the region im currently residing in, the modder encouraged me to mod my wii instead of getting the freeloader. seeing the 'benefits' of cheaper games in the long run, i agreed.
the problem started when i bought an original wii play (pal) and inserted it into the console, being a noob, i clicked update. the screen turned black, the remotes switched off, and the only way i could reset the console was by holding the power button. later, i realised that i couldnt access my wii settings. meanwhile, i was still able to play other pal games - cooking mama, guitarhero 3, sonic mario olympics, as well as (ntsc) copy games.
i later learnt that the blocking of the wii settings page was considered 'semi-bricked' and i downloaded the stuff from hack-mii which worked (got my page back, yay!) and updated my firmware to the latest one as well. when i thought all looked good, the game still couldnt load. i tried playing a few (ntsc) copy games; ssmb, boomblox, guitarhero aerosmith... and the same thing happened - the wii shutting down. :(
how do i resolve the shutting down part? any ideas and solutions would be ggrreeaattllyy appreciated! the modder refused to help me on this, he said everything i needed to know is on the internet...
also, i have the original pal ssmb but it said i needed to update wii in order to play, if i do so, would i risk my ntsc wii being bricked?
please do help, thanks so much!

Just to add myself before i went about installing my D2Ckey (Say a week before) the disk was jammed inside and wouldnt spin and the thing stopping it was these 2 little metal prongs near the front of the disc drive opening had bent slightly so take alook there to :)
