I tried myself to use the WinningEleven9 Tool to decrease the size of the 0_text.asf and the 0_sound.asf,but it doesnt work for me :(
The 0_sound was at least 12mb after progress but the 0_text had a problem from 11787.bin ti the end(the other files were 20kb,normal,but after 11787.bin the file were 600MB :mad:
only the last 500 fu**ing little .bin´s were causing trouble
So near...
But i think there will be a rip kit soon :)

I used the Ripkit so it was 452mb, then i used the 0_sound of a ripped version of Winning eleven 9 which was only about 20MB,and replaced the old 80MB-PES5-0_sound ;)
So i have 50 MB left with PES5 on my Memorystick :D

strange that the filesize is different for different people. Mine is 480mb using extracted pes5 sound file and only english as language. How come others have a iso that is less in size :confused:

But just a tip guys to save you some time, if your gonna replace the 0_sound with the one from we9 after you've ripped the pes5 thats just a waste of time lol. Just simply put the we9 straight in.....no need to rip the pes5 one first as your just discarding it anyway ;)

I cant play pes5 . i have replace all prx files and the eboot.bin with the decripted eboot.bin . And than i have run the game with umd emulator 8.0c with copy load than the screen is black. And i run umd emu with system mode and than with devhook but i cant play the game. Please help me!!!!!!!!!

The eboot is a piece of a copyrighted package and therefore it is against the law(not to mention site policy) to redistribute it.

if your ISO file can played in FW1.5, then your boot.bin is already patched.
since the original PSE5 UMD needs higher FW version, in order to make it use in FW1.5, it need modification to bypass this checking.

Nein ich habe das intro nicht entfernt. Und es lädt mit dem umd emu mit den einstellungen copy load und use boot.bin on eigentlich garnich der bildschirm wird schwarz und dann geht die psp aus.

steht in 12 anderen beiträgen schon aber ist ja egal ...

wer lesen kann ist klar im vorteil ...
also es steht doch eindeutig in der readme.txt, das man wenn man die e_text.afs rippt, dieses file auf das entsprechende was man drinnen gelassen hat relinken muss ...

Ich habe mal ein bischen an der e_text.afs was gemacht ein paar logos und so eingefügt!!! Die e_text.afs ist ganz in deutsch. Hier der download link : http://rapidshare.de/files/8819786/e_text.afs.html

yes i decrypted eboot.bin , changed its name boot.bin , i overwrote it. used umdgen and still i cant play it..

then i used e_text.rar submitted in this topic and still i cant play...

i didnt touch any keys while ripping 0_text.afs and 0_sound.afs

my psp is fw 1.5 and decrypted eboot.bin in fw 1.5. changed its name to boot.bin. I overwrote boot.bin. I couldnt play after burning the new iso with umdgen.

then with wab version changer i changed to fw 2.0 . i couldnt play again.

Also i am in "copy load" mode and "boot bin on" mode
