Do you know anything about renaming soundtrack names in the game? for use after a custom soundtrack has been added?

yes just hex edit the file trackinfo which is inside the eatrax dir.

i even dummied the trackinfo file to a blank file, and it didnt effect the track titles - i believe the info is stored somewhere else...

custom sound tracks work just fine, as long as they have the same name as the originals.

HI!!!
I used the Shrinker, it created a 762MB iso, but it didn't want to load, with UMD Emulator v8.0c, I tried direct load, and copy load. On copy load it stays on a black screen. Thanks for any help you can give me.

UPDATE!!!!

I made the shrinking again..and it changed it to 118MB, but Still stops on the same place. Maybe I have to try again with the original ISO right???

I ripped mine around 88mb
btw it loads only on fastloader 0.7

this rip is for EU version? because whit EU version don't shrink :| the iso il up 700 megabyte

got about the same size, but mine works with umd emu 8c -direct load.

There is a ripkit for the EU version available: Need.For.Speed.Most.Wanted(EU)(188MBFullGameRipKit )-DKS so yes it can be shrunk.

to get a RIP less than 100mb, you need to use UMDGENERATOR 1.02, in order to 'relink' files to copies of similar files. If you dont know how, search these forums - i already described how to do this in a previous thread.
