Will the ocarina cheat engine work with GC games or only Wii games? If not is there any homebrew cheat engine that will work with GC games?

wasn't there an action replay for the GC? I don't know about and Cheat engine homebrew for GC though...

I already have the disc with the games made I want to use cheats with them
