so dvdx wont install for me, help?

in homebrew channel i have dvdx in the list when i choose it, nothing happens it sticks at 0%
how did you guys get around this?

i'm going to try upgrading to beta 8, it won't auto upgrade for some reason.

I installed dvdx via homebrew browser,but i am on beta 8 anyway

if you have a drive chip install patchmii_core first.

Try taking out any unused Gamecube memory cards, USB Gecko's, or SD Gecko's. That solved my problems.

perfect! i took the gc memory cards out and, magic, it worked!
