I have been searching about this but I couldn't find much about it, I wonder if is there any kind of software that I can use on my M3 to run GBC games... if so please could you tell me where I could get it ?

There's more than one product with the M3 name, and that changes the answer.

M3 Perfect in GBA mode: Goomba Color only
M3 Perfect in DS mode, or M3 Real with GBA expansion: Goomba Color or Lameboy
M3 Simply or M3 Real without GBA expansion: Lameboy only

I love Lameboy_Ds_0.12, i'm using it more than playing normal DS games.
I'm playing Tetris (GB) 10 minutes a day at least.

v0.12 does not exist. It was a renamed copy of v0.11 with absolutely no difference at all. The official latest v0.11 version can be obtained from http://lameboy.nutki.com

I'm waaaay late I know, but it is not possible to have a 100% emulation for the GBC on the DS. Maybe 40% speed.

This is due to the DS not having a chip required to process the games. Idk why.

...have you even tried lameboy? It runs nearly all games at 100% speed, the only exception I can think of being Shantae. You sure you're not thinking of GBA emulation on the DS, which will never happen at a playable framerate?

The following are GBC emulators on the Nintendo DS:

Lameboy DS
Goomba Color

Both should work fine, I prefer Lameboy, has 97-102% speed emulation.
