I have bought a R4 card and I was wondering, is there an emulator to play NDS games so I dont have to buy NDS games?

...I take it you haven't tried launching a *.nds file from the R4's menu yet.

Go do that.

Uhm, I got the R4 files in already, and when I open game, theres nothing to load. Just the empty files.

you need to just put the file called (example) gamenamehere.nds on your memory card then load it in the R4 Menu :)
