Help with Game Saves (N00B)

Is there a way to download games saves (Ninja Gaiden Black; deleted it) without modifying the xbox with something like Action Replay?

It's a hacking forum. So it should be possible. But not in a normal legal way. Whatever you do dont change it on your live account since it would also probably mess up your gamescore and if Microsoft finds out your screwed.

Thanks for the response but after deleting the game and sulking for 20 minutes I started playing the game again and actually beat it this time.
