View Full Version : Worlds First Unofficial PSP Battery Replacement

Photos of the world's first PSP replacement battery have been leaked to us by a friend inside the Australian game accessory distributor, Activision. It fits inside the PSP just like Sony's and it has been confirmed the strength is same as Sony's specs: 1800mah 3.6 volts. Yes, we know there are other batteries, but none actually replace the original.

The packaging appears to be a mock-up test design, meaning the artwork is obviously not finished. This product is being manufactured by Asian Toy Source, the same people that make the PSPonTV. I bet this isn't the last we see from these guys. Yeah i've seen it at Target almost right after the PSP was on the market for about $10 less than the official sony battery.
