i'm not going into detail, but i have had access to many peoples paypal accounts that i dont even know, but i left them alone.

nah it was just some UK piece of shits account. but i left it alone, i was high and thinking about it, and then i deleted the account cuz i was about to **** my pants. but is there anyway to delete my CC off of my account so this doesnt happen to me?
