Fallout 3 has been successfully re-submitted to the classification boards and it is now deemed suitable for a release in Australia. The game with the new edits will see it ship with a MA15+ rating.

Just last week, we told you that Fallout 3 had been resubmitted to the Classifications Board, in the hope that it would be deemed suitable for Australian audiences.

While the Classifications Board can take anywhere from a few days and a few weeks to hand down their decision - it seems that the edits made to the Bethesda Softworks title have been successful, with the second edition of the game granted a new MA15+ rating this afternoon.

well Australia is a PAL region the same as the UK. I hope the edits are not in the overall PAL releases too, as it would mean the UK getting an edited version too, argh!

as in the question asking what was removed, it was too do with the drug usage in the game.
